Nillumbik Cellars has been a significant business in the Nillumbik Shire, and Diamond Creek community for over 35 years. As the family’s flagship store; it houses the largest catalogue of alcoholic beverages, with one of the largest and most current Craft Beer offerings in Australia.
In recent years Nillumbik Cellars expanded with the addition of premium spirits, premium wines, and international wine & bar room now offering 8 different wines available for tasting or to purchase by the glass either in The Vines Café, or at the wine bar.
The opportunity to offer new ranges or different wines and beers every fortnight has brought about a new ritual for many locals where you can enjoy the relaxed environment with antipasto platters, glasses of wine, & beers and all at great prices. This expansion has enabled the showcasing of the cellared collection, including Penfolds Grange and other premium offerings.
