At Symmetry Dance & Fitness we are serious about providing a safe environment and educated team to minimise the chances of injury and maximise the benefits and enjoyment that pole dancing classes can bring. Symmetry is owned and operated by fitness professionals with a passion for functional training, mobility and injury prevention and Symmetry instructors receive extensive training to ensure that they are able to provide students with a safe, well-structured class that caters to the needs of each individual. We strive to provide the highest-quality pole tuition available and to contribute to increasing the overall standard of pole and fitness tuition within Australia. Our syllabus is designed to build your strength and stability evenly over time so as not to overload joints and muscles too early in your pole dancing career and we offer a range of complimentary classes, products and services to assist with this. We want you to be safe, strong and pole dancing with us for many years to come!
All our instructors receive extensive and ongoing training and support to ensure that they are able to safely and confidently guide you through your classes. We design our syllabus and classes to help you build your strength and stability evenly over time so as not to overload joints and muscles too early in your pole dancing career; we are constantly assessing and revising our syllabus to make sure that our students remain safe and see consistent strength improvement over time. We pride ourselves on being friendly, supportive, and providing a fun and safe environment for you to work in.
Symmetry Dance & Fitness is a boutique studio located in the heart of Diamond Creek. Opened in January 2017, it boasts beautiful wood floors and a full wall of ceiling-height mirrors. With only 10 student poles, you never have to worry about classes being too big to get individualised attention. Our poles are a mix of brass and stainless steel 40mm X-poles with both spin and static capabilities.
