The Diamond Creek Traders Association is excited to announce that applications are now open for stallholders for this year’s CarFest.
Held at the iconic Coventry & Marngrook Ovals, this event is a highlight of our local calendar, bringing together thousands of classic car enthusiasts, families, and local residents for a morning of chrome, community, and coffee.
We are looking for high-quality stalls that align with our automotive and community theme. Whether you sell vintage memorabilia, automotive accessories, or delicious local produce, we want to hear from you!
Important Event Information
- When: Sunday 4 October, 2026
- Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Stallholder bump-in from 7:00 AM)
- Where: Coventry & Marngrook Ovals, Diamond Creek
- Requirement: All stallholders must be fully self-sufficient. You are responsible for providing your own marquee (with weights), tables, chairs, and any required portable power.
