Get ready to rev your engines! The Diamond Creek CarFest is back for 2026, bringing the finest classic cars, muscle machines, and vintage gems to the heart of Diamond Creek. Whether you’re a die-hard petrolhead or looking for a great morning out with the family, the CarFest offers something for everyone.
Join us for a high-octane morning filled with stunning displays, live music, local stallholders and the best community vibes in Nillumbik — all for a gold coin at the gate.
Event Details

- ⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 📍 Location: Coventry & Marngrook Ovals, Diamond Creek
- 🎟 Entry: Gold coin donation at the gate, supporting the Diamond Creek Fire Station
- 🚗 Displaying a car: No registration needed — just turn up on the day
Bringing a Car? No Registration Needed
Good news for 2026 — we are not taking car registrations. There are no forms to fill in and no spots to book in advance. Just turn up on the day and we’ll take care of the rest.
Car bump-in runs from 7:00 AM. Roll in through the gate and our event marshals will direct you to your spot on the oval. Aim to be in position before 9:00 AM, when the gates open to the public.
Individual entries, local car clubs and enthusiast groups are all welcome — classics and vintage, muscle cars and hot rods, sports, luxury and supercars, customs and convertibles, and the odd surprise bike or two.
What to Expect
- Hundreds of show cars: From vintage classics to modern performance vehicles.
- Live music: Local legend Gary Eastwood keeping the morning rolling.
- Local stalls: Browse unique products from our Diamond Creek traders and makers.
- Coffee & food: Fuel up with great local coffee and delicious breakfast options.
- Family fun: Activities for the kids while you admire the engines.
- Prizes & giveaways: Trophy categories and giveaways throughout the morning.
Showcase Your Business
We are looking for high-quality stallholders to join our event village. Please note that the CarFest is a fully unpowered event.
All sites are located on the ovals and are unequipped. To ensure a smooth day, all successful applicants must be entirely self-sufficient, providing their own marquees, weights, furniture, and independent power if required (e.g., quiet inverters). Stallholder bump-in is from 7:00 AM.
